OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Alice Lane Lucca Round Cocktail Table Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Alice Lane Home Collection LLC, 2111 W Center St Unit 1, Springville, Utah 84663 (“Sponsor” or “Alice Lane”).

Questions concerning the Sweepstakes may be directed to giveaways@alicelanehome.com.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at [START TIME] Mountain Time (“MT”) on [START DATE] and ends at [END TIME] MT on [END DATE] (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Online survey entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than [END DATE] and received by Sponsor no later than [MAIL RECEIPT DATE – FIVE BUSINESS DAYS AFTER END DATE].

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for online entries.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Rhode Island, who:

• are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry; and
• have a valid residential delivery address within an eligible geographic area that can be serviced by Sponsor’s designated freight carrier.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Alice Lane Home Collection LLC and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.

For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” means spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, outside the United States and District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry. Regardless of method, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Method 1 – Survey Entry

• During the Sweepstakes Period, visit [SURVEY URL] and follow the instructions to complete all required portions of the Alice Lane survey.
• An eligible entrant who fully completes and submits the survey during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
• Completing the survey does not require a purchase.

Method 2 – Free Mail-In Entry

To enter without completing the survey, hand-print the following information on a 3” × 5” card or postcard:

• Full legal name
• Complete residential mailing address
• City, state, and ZIP Code
• Email address
• The words: “Alice Lane Lucca Cocktail Table Sweepstakes”
• A statement confirming: “I certify that I am eligible to enter this Sweepstakes and am at least 18 years old or the age of majority in my state of residence.”

• Mail-in entries must be individually mailed and postmarked no later than [END DATE] and received no later than [MAIL RECEIPT DATE].
• No mechanically reproduced, automated, photocopied, bulk-mailed, or otherwise mass-produced entries will be accepted.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, postage-due, or undeliverable mail.
• Mail-in entries and survey entries have the same chance of winning.

5. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

Submitting both an online survey entry and a mail-in entry does not provide two entries. If Sponsor reasonably determines that the same person has entered using multiple methods, only one eligible entry will be included in the drawing.

Entries made using multiple identities, email addresses, accounts, automated systems, bots, scripts, macros, or other methods designed to circumvent the one-entry limitation may be disqualified.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries or entrants that Sponsor reasonably believes are fraudulent, automated, manipulated, incomplete, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) Alice Lane Lucca Round Cocktail Table in White
• Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,875.00
• Total ARV of all prizes: $3,875.00

Only one (1) prize will be awarded.

The prize is non-transferable. No cash redemption or cash alternative is available.

Sponsor reserves the right, only if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The difference between the stated ARV and the actual retail value at the time the prize is awarded will not be awarded.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Sponsor will pay standard freight shipping charges for delivery of the prize to the winner’s eligible residential address.

Delivery is curbside freight delivery only.

White-glove delivery, inside delivery, placement, installation, removal of packaging, and moving the table into the winner’s residence are not included.

The Lucca Round Cocktail Table will be shipped assembled.

Winner is responsible for making appropriate arrangements to receive the freight delivery and for safely moving the table from the curbside delivery location after delivery.

Delivery timing will depend on freight-carrier scheduling, service availability, and the winner’s location. Sponsor does not guarantee delivery by a particular date.

Winner must provide an address that Sponsor’s designated freight carrier is reasonably able to service. P.O. boxes are not eligible delivery addresses.

If Sponsor or its designated freight carrier cannot reasonably deliver the prize to the winner’s address, Sponsor may determine the winner ineligible and select an alternate winner.

8. Random Drawing and Odds

Following the deadline for receipt of eligible mail-in entries, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received through both entry methods.

The drawing is expected to occur on or about [DRAWING DATE].

The potential winner will be selected randomly.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

The survey entry method and free mail-in entry method will receive equal treatment in the random drawing.

9. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided with the winning entry.

The potential winner will be required to respond to Sponsor within five (5) calendar days after the first notification attempt and confirm acceptance of the prize, eligibility, and an eligible delivery address.

As a condition of receiving the prize, Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete and return:

• an eligibility declaration or affidavit;
• a liability and publicity release where lawful;
• a completed IRS Form W-9; and
• other documentation reasonably necessary for tax reporting or delivery of the prize.

Winner should provide sensitive tax information only through the secure method designated by Sponsor and should not send a Social Security number through ordinary email.

If a potential winner:

• cannot be contacted;
• does not respond within the specified period;
• declines the prize;
• fails to provide required eligibility or tax documentation;
• is determined to be ineligible;
• cannot accept delivery at an eligible location; or
• otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the potential winner forfeits the prize and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor may continue selecting alternate winners until the prize is awarded or Sponsor reasonably determines that further attempts are impracticable.

10. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The prize may constitute taxable income to the winner.

Sponsor may report the value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service and other applicable taxing authorities as required by law and may issue the winner an applicable Form 1099.

The winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is shipped.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to identify and announce the winner in connection with the Sweepstakes, including on Sponsor’s website, email communications, and social-media accounts, without additional compensation.

Sponsor may announce the winner using information such as the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state.

Any broader use of the winner’s photograph, likeness, testimonial, or other additional content may be subject to a separate authorization where appropriate.

12. Privacy and Marketing Communications

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at: [PRIVACY POLICY URL]

Information necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants regarding the Sweepstakes, select and notify a winner, deliver the prize, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law may be processed regardless of whether an entrant elects to receive marketing communications.

Consent to receive marketing emails is not required to enter or win.

Entrants may separately and voluntarily elect to receive promotional emails from Alice Lane. Marketing communications will be subject to Sponsor’s applicable privacy and unsubscribe practices.

13. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Sweepstakes, which shall be final to the extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person Sponsor reasonably determines has:

• tampered or attempted to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes;
• used bots, scripts, automated entry systems, multiple identities, or fraudulent information;
• interfered with the proper administration of the Sweepstakes;
• violated these Official Rules; or
• engaged in conduct intended to unfairly manipulate the outcome of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, cancel, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another circumstance outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select the winner by random drawing from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the event requiring termination, if legally permissible and reasonably practicable.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, delivery, or handling of the prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted transmissions, corrupted data, internet or website failures, lost or delayed entries, unauthorized intervention, human error, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control that affect an entrant’s ability to participate or Sponsor’s ability to administer the Sweepstakes fairly.

15. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any action arising from the Sweepstakes shall be brought individually, and not as part of a class or representative action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Utah.

Nothing in this provision deprives a consumer of protections that cannot legally be waived under the laws of the consumer’s state of residence.

16. Social Media Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes may be advertised or discussed through Instagram, Facebook, or other social-media platforms.

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social-media platform on which it may be promoted.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., and other applicable social-media platforms are not responsible for administration of the Sweepstakes or fulfillment of the prize.

17. Winner Information

Following confirmation of the winner, Sponsor may publicly announce the winner as described in Section 11.
