I used this marble cellar to hold coarse salt. I wish that the opening was a little large but it does fit my fingers enough to get a pinch of salt. Now all i need is a pedestal or dish so i can set it on my counter next to the stove for display. Lovely!

Why have a boring salt shaker when you can have a marble salt cellar? I feel fancy when I pull the salt cellar out.
This is so cute. Love the shape. My only wish is that it was tall enough to fit Q-tips in. It isn’t quite tall enough. But I’m a sucker for anything marble.
