Refund & Cancelation Policy
We hope you love your items, and are happy to answer any questions! Even when they deal with refunds and cancelations. We hope you won't have those questions, but we are here for you if you do!
Honoring a Discount - In the event that a request is submitted to honor a discount, please note that all of our marketing specifies that discounts can't be honored on previous orders. However, we want to help how we can, and we will look into offering store credit for the amount of the difference.
If you'd rather cancel your order, and the request comes after 24 hours, the order will be subject to our cancelations policy (see additional information below), and a 20% cancelation fee will be deducted.
Canceling an Online Order
At Alice Lane we work our hardest to get you your items as quick as possible. We understand however that reasons for cancellation will occasionally happen. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Order cancellation request received after this timeframe will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a cancellation request comes after an item ships, or has prepared to ship, the item will then follow our return policy here. Once an item ships, all return and cancellation fee's become the responsibility of the customer.
Lead Times - Please note the lead time when placing your order. Backorder dates are subject to change. Customers will receive notifications on affected items as information is available. For more information regarding our Preorder Policy, please click here.
Discounted/Delayed Product - In rare cases, items may be discontinued and no longer available to ship. These items will be canceled and the customer will receive a full refund. If you'd like help reselecting an item, our designers or support team would love to help!
