ONLINE PREORDER INFORMATION

ORDER NOW TO RESERVE YOURS!

We are so excited that you've decided to preorder one of our best selling items! Payment will be processed upon placing your order, not when your item(s) are shipped. This ensures that an item will be reserved for you.

A preorder item can be cancelled up to 120 days after the order is placed, or until the point of the estimated ship date, noted in red on the product page, within the product description. Please note that the date is an ESTIMATE only.

If a preorder item is requested to be cancelled after the 120 Preorder Policy, or after the item has been prepared to ship, it will follow our normal Cancellation & Refund Policy here. Please note that includes a 20% cancellation fee.

When a cancellation requests comes after an item has shipped, it will fall into our normal Return Policy, found here. In this instance, all return and restocking fees become the customer's responsibility.

If a preordered item is cancelled, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please contact online support at support@alicelanehome.com to cancel or for additional information.

When ordering in-stock items, along with preorder items, your order will arrive in multiple shipments. We know you can't wait for your items arrive, so we don't want to wait to ship them to you!

Our team will keep you up to date regarding all the details of your preorder. Due to outside influences that are not within our control, details can change. We will do our best to keep you informed.

Preorder dates are ESTIMATED DATES provided by our manufacturers and shipping carriers. Please note that those provided dates are ESTIMATES. We cannot guarantee these dates, but will do our best to keep you informed of any changes, so you have the most accurate and up to date information. All orders will be processed in the order of which they are received. No guarantee is provided in regards to delivery date or time.
