We hope you love every item from Alice Lane — and we’re happy to help if circumstances change. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about refunds, order cancelations, and how we handle changes after an order is placed.

Honoring a Discount
Our marketing specifies that discounts can’t be honored on previous orders. That said, we want to help. If you missed a promotion by a day or two, reach out and we’ll look into offering store credit for the difference.
If you’d prefer to cancel and re-order, requests submitted more than 24 hours after the order was placed are subject to a 20% cancelation fee.
We work to ship items quickly, so cancelation windows are short. Here’s how to think about timing.

20% Restocking Fee
Cancelation requests received after the 24-hour window are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
After Item Ships
Follows Return Policy
Once an item ships or is staged for shipment, it falls under our return policy. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Lead Times
Lead times shown at checkout are estimates provided by our manufacturers and may shift. We’ll notify you of any meaningful change. For specifics on preorders, see our Preorder Policy.
Discontinued or Delayed Product
In rare cases, an item is discontinued and can no longer ship. We’ll cancel the line and refund you in full. If you’d like help reselecting, our designers and support team are happy to assist.
Address & Order Changes
Changes requested within 24 hours of order placement are typically free. Requests received after 24 hours are subject to a minimum $500 change fee, and changes can’t be made once the item has shipped.
