I saw this in the showroom recently & am saving my pennies to purchase. It is the perfect pedestal to make your home look like an art gallery. You could display a piece of art, a sculpture or a plant on top of the pedestal. The pedestal is well constructed & heavy. It will not tip over.
The step detail near the top really sets this pedestal on top from any other pedestal I've seen. Along with the such natural detail that the wood grain brings is so subtle but beautiful.
