I love the color and design of this table—it’s gorgeous and fits perfectly in my space. The finish on the ivory table appears cloudy, with uneven paint application. Especially when the sun is out or under brighter light, there are noticeable patches that look darker, almost as if the paint wasn’t evenly applied or a second coat was missed. (It was overcast the day it was delivered, so this wasn’t immediately apparent.). It’s also extremely delicate; within the first week, I lightly bumped the side with a foam roller, and the waved designs crumbled, revealing darker wood underneath.
If you look at the attached pictures, you’ll notice patches on the top that appear darker, almost like shadows, which emphasizes the cloudy finish I mentioned. Additionally, I’ve never styled the table, yet there’s already a small section with light marks. This was surprising, as the only things I’ve placed on it are a few lightweight, smooth books for short periods of time.
I debated sharing this because I love Alice Lane's products and team (they're the BEST!), but I think it’s important for people to know about the table’s delicacy so they know to place it in a low-traffic area.
Is there a prettier cocktail table? The white lacquered finish of the wood, the rib details, the unique shape... This piece is timeless! I added a glass top to mine and it's worked out great!
Although I love how this cocktail table looks, it’s really made poorly. My table has many scratches and the legs have so many cracks in such a short time. Only had this table a few months and it looks like it’s years old. Unfortunately I will have to replace this table soon and it disappointing since I paid good amount for it.

I own 3 coffee tables, and this one blows the others out of the water. The texture & detail along the perimeter is a gorgeous artistic flare. The foot profiles are also a unique detail. Everyone asks me where they can purchase when they come over! It'll be a timeless piece in my home for years to come.
If I had to choose one furniture piece that I could not live without, this would be the one! The Lucca is so incredibly beautiful with its lacquer finish and the beautiful ribbing on the sides. The surface is so smooth and clean…I feel like I could put absolutely anything on it’s surface and it would look spectacular!
