Once we have all the information and materials from you, the project can take as little as 1-3 weeks depending on the scope.

We’ve found that texting is usually the quickest and easiest way for everyone to communicate. We can send videos and photos and occasionally have phone or video calls. If you prefer working via email, that can be done as well.

We offer a protection program you can enroll in and warranties through our vendors. We have carefully curated the vendors we work with to provide the best quality. Additionally, we have a great claims team that efficiently offers solutions for any product that doesn’t arrive in perfect condition.
